Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your One Drop subscription at any time. Please be conscious of when you cancel your account as access to your One Drop subscription will end immediately upon your confirmation of cancellation.

After you've cancelled your subscription you will only be able to use Items which have already been licensed for single use. And if you cancel a subscription that you started at a promotional price, you will not be able to re-subscribe at the discounted rate should you decide to renew.

What else will happen after I cancel?

• •   You must delete any One Drop Items you have downloaded and not yet used as they will no longer be licensed for your use.
• •   Your current subscription will cease to be valid.
• •   You won’t be able to download Subscription items.
• •   There will not be any refunds, pro rata or otherwise for time unused in your subscription.
• •   Your payment method will no longer be charged unless you choose to re-subscribe.
• •   You will not be able to download any new Subscription Item, including previously downloaded Subscription Items.
• •   You will not be able to create new licenses for any Subscription Item, including previously licensed Subscription Items
• •   If you re-subscribe, you will be charged a new subscription price (whatever it is at that time.)

If you would still like to cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below.

1. While logged in to One Drop, click My Account
2. Click My Subscription
3. Next to the section that states Active, click Cancel button
4. Read the confirmation and if you wish to continue, click 'Yes, cancel my account'
5. Your subscription will be cancelled and will not renew.
