Renewing Your Subscription
To ensure you’re able to maintain access to your licensed Items, all One Drop subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same length as you presently have set up. Monthly billed accounts renew month to month. Annually paid accounts renew for additional 12-month increments at the same great discounted rate.
We’ll do our best to let you know if there’s a billing issue. However, if your One Drop subscription has lapsed (i.e. due to a credit card expiring), your login will automatically revert to a Free account. If you'd like to rejoin and get full access to One Drop again, upgrading is quick and easy.
Follow the steps below to get started.
- Log in to One Drop using your account credentials.
- Click the “Get Full Access” button at the top of any page
- Select your preferred plan type
- Reconfirm or enter new payment details.
Your subscription will immediately be billed, and access granted when payment is accepted.
