Understanding your One Drop account

Your One Drop account gives you alone access to the One Drop site and enables you to download Items equivalent to the subscription type you’ve signed up for. Please don’t share your login credentials with anyone, it’s against our Terms of Use and it is theft.

You are responsible for any use of One Drop that occurs in conjunction with your username and password so keep your password secure and don’t let any other person use your username or password. If you realize there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security, let us know immediately.

One Drop accounts are managed through My Account. This is where many of your general account level details (such as email address, password etc) can be updated, and billing / subscription information can be viewed.
